Every photographer is unique – technicalities aside, it has to start with the eye, the vision and the interpretation of what’s happening before the lens. I take inspiration from many photographers and styles and I do my best to document your day, capturing those story-telling moments that only happen once – all in the most unobtrusive way possible. I combine this with a mixture of posed, unposed and (if you would like) some formal shots, often using creative lighting ideas to create striking, memorable images.
This is my preferred method of working but I appreciate every bride & groom have different requirements – it’s your day, your choice. I’m always up for crazy ideas and a laugh but I can be stealth-like and unassuming also. I generally shoot from the bridal preparations through to the party – it’s a long day but I won’t leave until I’ve done the job that I was hired to do.
As pictures speak louder than words, hopefully the following will give you a good idea of what I can capture across your day.
