Firstly, thank you for visiting, I hope you like what you see. Here’s a little bit about me…
I shot my first wedding when I was 16 and haven’t looked back. I love photography, weddings are amazing occasions and I get to earn my living from combining the two – this keeps me happy!
Born in Norfolk, moved to Guildford to study, 5 years later moved to London and I’ve visited and photographed a lot of places & people along the way. Over the years I have honed my style and methodology to what I think suits and captures a wedding day in the best way. My camera is my craft and I am ever adapting and evolving the way I shoot. I combine a candid, reportage style with creative posing and lighting to provide the ultimate visual story of your day…. Click here to see more.
Things that make me fit for the role:
- I’m married myself – to the beautiful Kirsten since 2009. I’ve been on the other side of the lens so I know the pressures of a wedding day first hand.
- I have 5 sisters – I can deal with women (I think)
- I’m very committed to getting the shot – (see below right)
- I know when to get out of the way – I’ve been described as a ‘photography ninja’ before.
- I love my job.
I only take on 15 weddings each year. This helps keep my photography fresh and my ideas and interpretations unique. The day a wedding shoot becomes ‘just another day at work’ should be the day I put down the camera. Dates for 2012 are filling up fast so Please get in touch if you would like to know more or to see if I am free for your date.
I am based in Wandsworth, SW18 but travel is no issue, including destination wedding photography abroad.
